Hello.

My mother is sick, suffers from many illnesses: depression or anxiety, ernia disk, cholesterol, blood pressure problems and hand tremors.

The first day she started with Protocol 1000 and the second one she only ended up consuming half liter (12 drops of MMS) because she felt sick and threw up.

So, the next day she dropped back to 4 drops a day and the following one she increased in 8 drops a day. Everything ok.

But when she increased in 12 drops a day, she began to show heaviness, so, the next day, she dropped back to 10 drops a day, her heaviness went on and she was sweating and shivering at night.

As a result, she doesn't want to drink MMS any more.

I feel helpless. What can I do?

Always keep in mind that we listen to our bodies and use the MMS as a person tolerate ingestion. Go up the doses slowly and never exceed the 3 drops per hour.

If you use the Protocol1000 is always: 3 drops per hour x 8 hours a day for three weeks or until the disease has gone from the body.

I hope your endevor to help your Mother is successfull. At least she is willing to try. I flew all the way fro MT to Houston and my Mother won't even sniff the solution let alone take it.

I do have hope of still helping her though, as a friend emailed me several documents of "natural" healing solutions and one is just natural honey with cinnamon. This she said she would try. Almost sounds too good to be true but then again most natural remedies always do. We shall see, I'm off to the health food store for honey and cinnamon. :) Wish me luck.

I just posted this on the High Blood Pressure area of this forum but to save you searching here it is again:

Cayenne pepper is apparently very good at normalising blood pressure, and there are reports that say half a teaspoon of it in a cup of warm water consumed like a tea can stop a heart attack in its tracks. Easier said than done, it's not easy to drink like that. Use it in juice drinks or sprinkle it over potatoes & vegetables to get it into the system because it dilates the blood vessels & clears blockages.

One to three grapefruit every morning will clear the blood vessels, especially if you include a bit of the pith. Red grapefruit are probably best.

Also drinks lots of filtered water every day.

For depression & anxiety there are a couple of things that may help - again maybe too simple to sound real but give it a go:

Get lots of sunshine & fresh air - a brisk 20-30 minute walk or longer on a beach or park or even just around the neighbourhood will almost always elevate the mood.

Eat yellow foods, and research "mood foods" or similar on the internet, there are plenty that contain mood enhancing properties.

Also get some humour happening - watch funny movies, comedy shows etc.

If she's struggling with MMS get her to try CDS if you can make it or get it, otherwise add the bicarb soda - are you aware of the right ratio for this? 1/8th of a teaspoon for a 24 drop activated dose in a litre of water. Adjust accordingly for different strengths.
