I'm not familiar with Reynaud's, but it sounds like it's caused by poor circulation in the extremities. I too have reduced circulation in the hands particularly as they have both been injured. Just getting them cold brings on severe pain - similar to thawing out frostbite. I have found that either niacin or cayenne pepper will increase the circulation temporarily. Have you ever tried DMSO for inflammation?
The recommended usage of MMS is now 3 drops max per hour for 8 hrs/day or maintenance of ; 'a maintenance dose for any person over 60 should be about 6 drops a day, either in the morning or in the evening. Remember, no coffee, chocolate, carbonated drinks, orange juice, or any kind of juice with added vitamin C or ascorbic acid in it within a full hour of taking you maintenance dose.A maintenance dose for a younger person can be twice a week of 4 to 6 drops. This should keep you immune system working at top efficiency'.
I can't imagine that the MMS triggered your pain.

If you are willing to wait, I'd do the protocol 1000 - Paul gave it to you - and you can read more about it on
www.jimhumble.biz/new-protocols-1000-a-2000.html
The DMSO will also be helpful - if you find it too strong, you can make a 70%DMSO, 30%distilled water spray.
If the taste gets bothersome (some don't even like 3 drops) - add 1/8 tsp of baking soda to the 32 oz bottle.
Keep us posted, please.

maryvac wrote: Hi Bill - I used 15 drops of MMS only a few times which seemed to have triggered the pain. I then stopped using the MMS for 2 to 3 weeks. The inflammation did not go away. I then went back on the MMS (Protocol 1000). After just a few days, the pain became unbearable. So I stopped taking the MMS once again. I am now taking anti inflammatory meds. Too much pain to handle. I will begin MMS when the pain and inflammation subside.
Okay, fair enough. Can you start again using just one drop for three days then if you have no additonal pain try two drops and so on. Let us know how things go as you try again starting with one drop.

The problem is that every time I take a drop of MMS I experience incredible pain (intense inflammation) which is the total opposite of what I experienced when I initially began taking MMS. I've decided to give my hand a break by unfortunately taking anti-inflammatory meds and also increasing anti oxidant intake along with immune support supplements until the pain subsides. Once the pain is under control I will slowly start with one drop of MMS until I reach the 3 drop intake from Protocol 1000. Its like, after the initial swelling disappeared in 5 days the pain started to increase slowly until it became unbearable. I am a firm believer in MMS and I have experienced amazing results but I am just not understanding what is happening with this pain (inflammation). I read an article by Walter Last on MMS and inflammation which I found interesting but did not fully understand. Maybe someone can shed some light. Thank you all for helping out.
