Hi Clifford, welcome to the forum!

Not sure if you are talking to me, but I take MMS2 every day because of chronic illness, lung congestion and irritated GI tract. Jim's advice generally is to keep taking MMS till well. I am a long way from being well so I keep taking the MMS.

I am getting improvements with the bag method for mms1 and the enemas for mms2. Oral doses of either quickly lead to nausea, but I do still keep taking them orally in smaller doses.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Glad you are here!

Michael

I have found that by drinking an ounce or so of water first, and then taking the capsule(s), it slides down easily... I guess you have to grease the runway. It also helps to have water in your mouth when you put the capsule in. Before I did this, I had issues once in a while of it sticking also, but now, never. Try it, you'll like it. :)

Hi Michael,
Im just starting out with this. I dont have any MMS1 yet but do have MMS2 on hand.
Im trying to take the MMS2 without the capsules. I empty a capsule in a 1 litre bottle and let dissolve fully. then I add 40 drops of DMSO and it completely takes the unpleasant chlorine taste away. Im wondering why it does this. I hope the DMSO doesnt negate the beneficial effects. But it sure does solve the taste problem if this is okay to do this with the MMS2. Any comment? I know DMSO has been mentioned in regards to MMS1 helping with taste. So thats why I tried it with the MMS2 as I dont have capsules yet to take it in capsules. So wanted to try the water route. Im still waiting for my MMS1 kit to arrive. But it took a good 40 drops to take all the taste away in a 1 liter bottle.

Bryan

Hi Bryan, glad you made it here!

That is interesting about the DMSO making the MMS2 water easier to take. We don’t have any info on whether this could be negating any benefits. We just need to experiment and get reports on it. See if you can feel benefits from taking the MMS2 this way. For example, if I have some congestion when I take a dose of MMS2 often I can feel it melting away shortly after.

Great job experimenting! I’ll give this a try myself and see what happens. I get nausea if I take more than a small amount of MMS2 liquid. But ever since adding the DMSO to the MMS1 it has eliminated the nausea I was getting from low doses of that.

Please do keep us posted on anything you learn,

Michael

This exerpt taken from Transcripts of MMS Training

Caveat #1
· DMSO is an antioxidant that destroys the effectiveness of MMS in about 6 hours if left to sit unused. So to be sure of a successful outcome, you should use any mixture of DMSO and MMS within a couple of hours.

Its true, after my bottle of MMS2 sits a while there is absolutely no taste of Chlorine anymore. So I guess if your going to use DMSO you have to use it quickly

Michael,

I have been taking the(1) MMS2 (78% PoolShock) in a #3 capsule with meals for 4 days for my prostate condition and so far after 4 days the gas and nausea is minimal...which more water solves... very little gas and no nausea this morning.
I tried Protocol 1000 for several weeks ...but no banana or cigar!!
. I have also been appling MMS2 ,I/4 tsp in 2oz shot glass of distilled water on my arms amd legs ,twice daily. . I follow it with a coating of DMSO. I stopped this skin treatment to day because I had some little red bumps appear on the top side of my forearms.
I am very sensitve to any oral medications so the very small capsule is a start in acclimating my system to MMS2 which I know from reading Jim's info on prostate, that I must take about 8X this dose to get the documented results..
My question is ,since you have been doing the bag treatment with MMS1 and the enemas with MMS2,where can I find information on these treatments so I can also try them in lieu of the oral methods.
Me and my wife are both have trouble taking orally MMS1 and MMS2 so we both are now taking the small MMS2 #3 capsule with meals and we will try to increase it in the next few weeks. The reason I mention this is that we both have gotten some mild allergy symptoms (nose and sneezing) coincidentally and it is very simular to when we both started taking Manna water .....has anyone experienced the same conditions on starting MMS2 ??
My DMSO is in a dark green plastic bottle from the local heaqlth food store...should I put it in a glass container??
I have also contacted Gaylord for a good DMSO .....I will let you know the details when I receive it.
Thanks in advance
Vic

Hi Vic,

The bag protocol info is all here genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=3054&Itemid=66. It has an excerpt from Jim's book and all my info on that method. I have been using 1/2 tsp. doses for 20 minutes for 1 treatment per day for weeks now with no skin problems. You should start with the lower doses that Jim recommends and see if you get any problems when increasing the dose.

The enema information is here genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=2473&Itemid=66. The second post there also has a link to the enema page on Jim's site (jimhumble.biz/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=8&Itemid=28). Jim recommends enemas of only 1/2 cup of water with the MMS dose and retaining till there is full absorption. I use gerson style enemas of 2 cups water retained for 12 minutes and then let it out. I definitely feel like the chlorine dioxide is absorbed within 10 minutes. I have been doing 1 enema per day with 5 activated drops of MMS1 with water only added. I did do 2 enemas a day for a few weeks and was able to us 6-8 drops. Jim says you can do 2 enemas a day. I think you could do more if it doesn't cause you any problems. Below is a post I wrote about 6 weeks ago when I was transitioning to MMS1 enemas.

July 28, 2011
(genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=2&id=4149&Itemid=66#4162)

Now that things are starting to calm down in my colon because of getting on the bag protocol (genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=3054&Itemid=66) and the brown rice diet (genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=2&id=3016&Itemid=66#3048) and getting off the gerson protocols, I have been doing the MMS1 enemas for several days. I do think these MMS1 enemas are helping my colon even more than the MMS2 enemas (genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=2473&Itemid=66) were.

Jim’s instructions for the MMS1 enemas are to use the same as your oral dose, to add 1/2 cup of water and retain until it is all absorbed and to do them up to 2 times per day. It is too hard on my sensitive colon to use an enema that is this concentrated, so I instead do MMS1 enemas like the gerson method, where I use a pint of water and hold it for 12-15 minutes ideally. Most times I have only been able to hold 3-5 minutes but it still seems to have a very beneficial effect. Jim said this also to go ahead and do them even if you can’t hold for very long. Sometimes I can only do 1-2 minutes.

Jim also says to use water enemas once or twice beforehand just to get cleaned out. If I do that my colon gets so irritated I can’t hold the enema at all, so I don’t do this.

They did a study on the gerson enemas and found that the vast majority of beneficial substances were absorbed within 10 minutes, so the gerson advice is to hold the coffee enemas for 12-15 minutes. They also advice using 1 quart of water and “Lying on your right side, draw both legs up close to the abdomen, relax and breathe deeply.” They don’t advise high enemas and say to insert the enema tube 5-8 inches into the rectum. I did the gerson enemas twice a day for 15 years and ended up using 1 pint of water and eventually lying on my back during the retention.

Like I said earlier the MMS1 enemas seem to be doing a lot of good for my colon. My colon does feel irritated for about an hour after doing one of these enemas, but I still think there is overall healing taking place which I’m excited about. I would suggest starting only with low enemas like Jim and Gerson say at first and see if that does what you need. If your lower colon is super sensitive like mine, then you may want to do the MMS1 enemas gerson style like I do, otherwise go ahead and try what Jim suggests. If you feel that high enemas might help then you just thread the tip further up into the colon. This might help you depending on where your problems lie.

Jim says to do the enemas up to 2 times per day, but if they seem really helpful you could easily do more. On full Gerson therapy they do 4-5 coffee enemas per day.

If you have any questions Vic, let me know,

Michael Harrah
