WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS, AND/OR REPERCUSSIONS OF INHALING TOO MUCH CDS GAS?

I GOT A "SNOOT FULL" today. feels like I got BRONCHITIS now.

It will Pass, but is it beneficial? I am coughing up blobs of flegm. was reading on it yesterday and kinda makes me believe bronchitis is hiding down there somewhere, cause when I get a cold, it usually becomes bronchitis. Next time I inhale CD gas it will be controlled, LOL :))

I Have the same experience two days ago, when doing my first CDS...It was very bad. My throat feel dry and next day I had like a flu, still have a little running nose.

I don't know if it's beneficial. :silly: The body creates mucous sometimes in an effort to coat an area to protect it, say from inflammation. It's possible you've burnt some tissue and this is the body's way of protecting it to heal. So, I can't say if it's actually getting up what was already there, or if it's caused the body to produce more mucous, temporarily.
