Take out one of your syringes, pull in 12.5mL of liquid, and squirt it in the cylinder. It SHOULD hit a line or between a line.

LOL yes pam they did put #'s on the ones I HAVE..this one I posted from the internet on paint. so you can guide me on here on this cylinder as to where 12.5 is. I made a mark on it to ask if I had it right? lol FYI.. I dont have a syringe that big to pull up 12.5 mine just got up to 5ml.

So, do two 5mLs and one 2.5mL -

Now that I have mine opened, I can tell you that yes, the line you are asking about is 12.5.
