Alternate method of producing CDS

Have been making CDS the rsb method for a few days now, and it is rather satisfactory. I am using a 1 lt canning bottle with a screw on lid.

It the first time I have been taking CDS and what a relief not to have to suffer diarrhea with regular ingestion of ClO2!

I used 10 activated drops (50% citric acid) of MMS to 600mil of water.
And to my taste, the taste is much better than the blow method.

Just an update on my CDS in a jar method.

Using a Syringe for about 8 cycles of CDS generation in my canning bottle - I noticed a black residue inside the syringe. Upon extraction of the plunger, the black rubber showed severe degradation and a definite failure of the rubber from the acid attack I guess. So please watch your syringes if using this method. Replace regularly!!

I have now reverted to the method Charlotte proposed using a shot glass in my jar and placing the jar in a jug of boiling water from a kettle. It takes two hours for the reaction to complete and it is real easy for me.

My only trip up now is that I need to get test strips as I am unsure of the strength of the production. Going on rsb's original formula and I have not had any diarrhea or upset stomach since starting this process. Taking it as a 100 ml a day maintenance dose.

Will write this method up into a pdf file - once I an verify my process strength.

I think this is from CD, and not citric acid actually. CD is very aggressive to rubber. On the other hand, I that there are syringes without rubber, just plastic. Not sure though.

I remember seeing a syringe in a jar thinking...wtf?!

Now ..... I know!

I may be trying my 3drop3drop in a glass, shot glass, in the fridge to freshen up the fridge
