For those of you who enjoy mathematics - a word problem, if you would, please.

Given that a 3 drop dose of MMS is basic within the protocols, and

given that CDS is a much more palatable solution than MMS, and

given that one wishes to start with dry flakes of Sodium Chlorite, and

dry crystalline citric acid,

what precise, measured production approach would provide a dose of CDS

equivalent to the 3 drop dose of MMS.

Good question there rsbackus.

Charlotte has provided the best basic info for you to consider. What is to be considered is that CDS is not an simple process and should you want to make a single dose of CDS as an equivalent to a 3 drop dose of MMS - it would be rather difficult, as you would need a mini reactor vessel if making "shot glass" process or similar in the case of the pressurized vessel process.

What I am trying to say is - that if you use the methods for CDS as supported on this forum, you would make a mixture that would be "sized up" in quantity which would then be dosed appropriately from the resultant quantity as to represent the original 3 drop MMS quantity.

The data for the ppm resultant strengths are on the forum and Charlotte has done an amazing job of refining these for easy application.

That is an excellent report Charlotte. Thank you for the dedication to report in such detail.

Personally it is easier for me to work with 28% solution MMS and CA to set up my daily CDS. It does not require exact scale measurements and is quick to do.

Glad for the information though.

1 drop NaClO2 plus 1 drop citric acitaved then added to distilled water will equal a 10ppm ClO2 solution.

1ml of solution is equal to 40 drops. So 20 drops each (40 drops total) in distilled water is gives a 200ppm ClO2 solution..

The amount of water can vary, using this method

6 drops 3000ppm ClO2 in 200ml distilled water (the amount of water is important, the more water the weaker the solution gets) gives a 10 ppm CDS.

Your are a Star Charlotte - I have put that info into my production book.

Thank You! B)

I am still confused!?!

if I were to used 18 drops of MMS with 18 drops of citric acid in the shot glass using your method, what would be the ppm of my one liter of CDS?

And how much(in volume) is this CDS = 1 drop of activated MMS?
1000ml divided by 18? Yes/No?

Thanks for your help

Hi Charolette

Thank you so much for your prompt reply.

Please bear with me as calculation is never my forte.

For simplicity sake:
Does this means that a single drop of the CDS (neat) undiluted = 3 drops of of activated MMS1?
