how do you use your CDS ?

Itching on the skin. May sound silly but if you are hot or sweaty, lick your skin. If it tastes acidic, Your body is expelling acid out of your pores of your skin. Your body is TOO acidic. You may have an alergy to........ My itching was due to eatiing Tomatoes. It happened overnight out of the blue for no apparent reason. I ate tomatoes everday if possible. it took many years to find what was wrong going to different doctors , specialist, natuapaths,alternative medicines, herbs, you name it, I tried it I used to tell everyone it stings like acid on the skin. It tastes like acid on the skin. Clueless mob they were. Including me. Get an alergy test if you suspect something. It could be citric acid !! What are you doing or taking that is very different.

AFTER MY SMALL SUCCESS ON MY FRIEND MY WEAK CDS FINALLY GOT TO ME AFTER UPPING THE DOSE TO 40ML/DAY REMEMBER MY ONLY IS 1000PPM I STARTED DIARRHEA , SOME CRAP PILING UP ON THE BACK OF MY TONG AND SOME WHITE CLEAR MUCUS IN MY DIARRHEA STOOL SAME STUFF I EXPERIENCED WITH MMS BUT THIS TIME I WILL KEEP ON GOING AND LOWER THE DOSE
DID ANYONE HAD WHITE LIKE MUCUS IN THE STOOL AND IF YES WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON THAT ALSO THIS IS A FIRST THE LOWER PART OF MY RIB CAGE HURT LAST NIGHT MOSTLY IN THE BACK !! DON'T KNOW WY BUT IT COULD BE THE CDS OR MAYBE THE WEATHER IT IS RAINING SINCE LAST NIGHT

I am probably stepping out of line with Jim in what I am doing and recommends.

I make my CDS as shown in the video by Pavel and Andreas where they use the 3 bottle method. (I don't use an air pump so it takes a bit longer). The first bottle makes a saturated solution of CDS, which is probably about 24,000/ 25,000 PPM. I know the actual saturation varies with temperature of the water, but I have assumed that we generally get 24,000/ 25,000 PPM at room temperature. I don't measure out a specific quantity of MMS and Citric acid to try and achieve a specific concentration of CDS. I just make sure that the 2nd bottle starts to turn very slightly green/ yellow and I know then my 1st bottle is saturated. If I don't get this the first time then I mix a smaller amount and do it again. I don't use test strips (which I don't have).

I transfer some of this concentrated solution to a small bottle which has a pipette dropper and I then use it at full strength. So I am using my CDS (24,000PPM) at 1 drop = 1 drop of MMS. Maybe I am naieve but I don't know why we should dilute our CDS before we use it, and then use more drops to equal 1 drop of MMS. If we want a less concentrated solution for other purposes it is easily diluted. Using MMS/ CDS is not an absolute science and drop sizes always vary slightly.

I checked my dropper and it gave almost exactly 24 drops = 1ml as Jim has said.

Using the 3 bottle method to make CDS also reduces the need for extra ventilation.

Well, all I can say is when I drink my CDS during the day, I have very vivid dreams (after years of very few dreams) and the week I went without CDS I had no dreams. I like the dreams a lot (most of them).

Hi Everyone....My name is Kay.

I am new here and new to MMS/CDS...I am so excited to have found this and am hoping for so much.

I just purchased CDS from Michael, received it today, (thanks Michael and just took my first dose about 25 minutes ago.

I keep expecting something to happen... ...lol

So far, so good.

I did feel a little lightheaded at first, but I don't know if that was excitement or the CDS....lol...

I have many issues that i am hoping CDS will cure. To name a few, congestion, sinus drainage, mouth sores, salty taste in mouth, herpes (have had since i was a little girl...everyone in my family has it), major depression, arthritis in my right hip and left knee and in my lower back, high cholesterol. Maybe that is more than a few...But no life-threatening illness that I know of.

So...I hope it is OK if I take you guys along for the ride. Probably more for my own support but also to let everyone know what happens. I was afraid to take my first dose, but I finally did and i am noticing that my sinus' feel a little more open.

No nausea or diarrhea. I am assuming that would come on rather quickly if I overdosaged (sp?--is it even a word...did not want to say overdose..lol)

And, may I suggest that for the arthritis, you also do the MMS/DMSO?

Andreas Kalcker cured his arthritis with MMS - And I think he was ingesting it - But the MMS/DMSO rub (spray with MMS/rub DMSO on top of it)) is very helpful, too.

So far so good....Five hours into it.

I do feel I am able to breathe through my nose much better. It's easier to take a breath through my nose...How cool. And the gook running down my throat isn't as dense...

I can't wait to get the DMSO.

And to share all my experience with fam and friends.

And...I must say it is interesting how the kitty's are choosing the CDS bowl of water instead of the plain bowl

I have been using 1ml to 4 oz. Distilled water taking a dose every hour for 8 hours per day.

My first day on CDS was yesterday. I became extremely tired last evening, so i slept a lot. I think, though, that I read that if this happens you should pull back a little on dosage. So, today I am pulling back to see if I don't get as tired.

I think i am a little impatient. I want to be healed ASAP!

I am experiencing a headache today, but I have an issue where I don't know if it is because of the CDS or because my medications were taken later than usual this morning, which is another reason I am taking CDS; to get off all the crap medications I am on. I also experience lung congestion all the time.

Another reason is for my 3 kitty's. 2 of which are around 15 or 16...I hope to see if they become more clear-eyed and rambunctious. My 3rd kitty is only about 1 year old, but he is larger than my largest old man kitty. I just want them to be healthy and with me for as long as possible.

Well I am off now because I need to get ready to go out to eat with my Dad and Step-Mom......I need to figure out, because I don't have all of my supplies yet, how to carry my two or three hour doses. Oh yes...I will be telling them about MMS/CDS...
