In my opinion adding CDS is a great idea and I think you're right, it would be much more mild than MMS. Seems like as long as there's enough water to prevent any burning sensation you would be fine. Looking forward to hearing about others' views and experiences with this

I bet you could get away with 1 ml in a cup (supposing your CDS is the kind that 1 ml = 3 drops of MMS1). I would like to try this. Does anyone else want to chime in. How much CDS should be used per cup of solution (supposing your CDS is the kind that 1 ml = 3 drops of MMS1) for neti pot?

I have used CDS in the neti pot (with the saline solution - because I learned years ago that straight water burns like all get out!) - worked fine. I have a 1 cup neti pot, and usually warm my water just a bit, I run 2 cups, one on each side. I don't do this daily, but on an as needed basis. I have done 1 drop MMS on each side, and the equiv in CDS when I moved to CDS - (since that really is the equiv of 2 drops total, water running in one side, out the other). I'm pretty sure I could go a full 3 drop dose with the CDS, just haven't done it yet.

Hi all. I had difficulty finding a protocol for Neti Pot so I used the closest and safest protocol I could think of to use. I have a protocol for use in a nebulizer and I thought that if that concentration of CDS is OK to use in the lungs, then surely it will be OK to use the same dilution in a neti pot. Please, if I'm off base or have made any miscalculations on this, let me know. For nebulizer use, I have been using 30ml of common saline solution (0.9%) with 0.2 ml of CDS. So for 150ml saline, I would use 1ml CDS. This dilution was too strong for me, so I now use 1ml CDS in 500ml saline. Any thoughts? I'm adding this here just for your information.
