Hi everyone. Just wanted to share some things I've learned over the years using CDH.

I've been brushing my teeth 2 times a day with CDH for about 2 or 3 years now and also sniffing it up into my nostrils twice a day. I have used about 2ml in 100ml of water but now I think the right amount is actually just 0.5ml per 100ml of water which produces about 15ppm. I don't think it has to be any stronger than this to do the job and at that concentration, it doesn't have to be flavored because it's almost tasteless. Also at 2ml per 100ml of water, I think it can actually damage the sensitive mucus membrane - especially in the nostrils - similar to using hydrogen peroxide on a wound, to much, to long can actually do damage and when purifying the worst water, they only use 2ppm of CLO2 anyway to do the job. So I feel that 15ppm should be plenty - so that's just a half a drop per brushing! That's an extremely economical way to thoroughly clean your mouth and nose while you're at it. :)

Hi everyone,

I'd like to give an update on this topic as follows:

I'm currently using 1ml per 100ml of water to brush with and this gives a solution of 35ppm which is very mild and feels about right to me. This also doesn't need to be flavored and should do an excellent job of killing the bacteria and any viruses that may be present in the mouth.

my problem is my nose started to bleed out of control I think its from brushing my teeth with my spray mix which is 10 drops of mms could this be causing the bleeding by having it to strong and breathing it though my nose

Step 1

OMG. The taste this way was terrible when I used to do it - especially with citric acid.

My way with CDH is soooooo much better for taste and the long haul. I now use 1ml of CDH per 100ml of water to make about 30ppm. This is still very doable to do twice a day forever.

If a person had an infection, then he could use more to make a stronger solution of course, but for routine brushing I'm sure that 1ml of CDH per 100ml of water is plenty strong enough.

Or - you can buy toothpaste on line which tastes wonderful and it is the correct formula for sure and it is FDA approved!
frontierpharm.com DioxiBrite they also sell mouthwash, acne treatment, etc. it's good to read their site.
I've been using the toothpaste for 3 years, it rids you of tartar and when you wake up your mouth is clean and fresh, the only hardship is that you must remember to brush your teeth as you won't have that morning slime to remind you!

And there's jkatinc.com who sells animal shampoo.... which I use, no more dandruff, and because it is chlorine dioxide it makes your hair so soft, no mineral buildup!

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
