I have a friend who has Shingles vaccine damage caused infection in small intestine, which forces constant flow of stomache acid up his throat .  Current symptom Silent gurg.

can CLO2 help with this?

Also any advice on getting compensation from shingles manufacturer welcome.

CLO2 is very good at removing infections. 

If the infection is in the small intestine, I would suggest using MMS1 and not CDS. 

CDS does not go past the stomach, but MMS1 and its high residual sodium chlorite content, should go into the small intestine where it could be activated by an acid. This idea is apparently why MMS1 works so well with autism.

I have a friend who has Shingles vaccine damage caused infection in small intestine, which forces constant flow of stomache acid up his throat .  Correction:  the main symptom is Silent GERD, also known as laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR), is a type of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) where stomach acid flows up into the esophagus and vocal cord
can CLO2 help with this? (not silent gurg)

Also any advice on getting compensation from shingles manufacturer welcome.

Wifes mother had increddible results with Oil of Oregano. And the Oreganol brand was strong enough for this. Drops in the morning and evening. Within a month she no longer had her shingles nerve pains. She never complained of it ever again. She had it for 10 years prior.
