Barley Tea for joint pain and arthritis was created by Michael Harrah
My friend Gary got this recipe from his friend JC who has been getting a lot of benefit from it. And JC has been sharing it with other people who have witnessed the improvement it has given him.
Here it is: 8 cups of water, 1 cup of organic barley with hulls still on - bring to boil, then remove from heat let steep 1 hour. Strain out barley and hulls. drink a cup several times a day. For joint pain and Arthritis works for most people in about two weeks. Continue with it and mobility will improve the longer you do it.
Thanks Gary and JC!
Michael

Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your friend's experience. This idea is looking so impressive but is there any side effect of this medicine. Can it clear arthritis totally.
Thanks

Thanks for that story Michael. Will also look into it.
I bet if non-organic barley is used, it will not be as effective. Reason? Lack of trace minerals - especially Boron. (been harping on about boron today - just discovered how essential it is in cell wall signal transmission.
My cure came from cleansing with MMS and proper mineralising.
