Anyone using Ozone machines to improve their health? I recently bought one from Amazon that works both with air and water and I can certainly say it does a decent job in removing smells from the air in my bedroom. I'd say I'm getting a better night's sleep since getting the machine.

Want to try drinking Ozone in Water - tried once after using machine for 5 minutes but don't think it was long enough. Ozone machine does make the water taste better.

CLO2 Offline Administrator Posts: 5562 Thank you received: 4393	I used to use a water ozone machine, but decided to use MMS instead. Be careful about getting too much ozone in your lungs. CLO2 Offline Administrator Posts: 5562 Thank you received: 4393	You could make a dose of MMS1 using distilled water and another dose using ozonated water and measure the CLO2 concentration of both doses using CLO2 test strips. Let us know the test results.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
