PS I checked out the 2 generators you suggested. Things are expensive. But it appears that low voltage may be more desirable than the old way of three 9 volt batteries.

Will have to explore some more and find a less expensive way. Thank you for your help!

Thank you for the link and info. The site seems to have me confused as I am not very CS literate! Do you use the one for 160$ and then purchase the stirrer?
