Constipation and Hemorrhoids after taking MMS?

As a few others have, I've experienced constipation when taking mms and hemorrhoids as a consecuence. I stopped using MMS for while because of this.

I've found the way to handle both problems.

1) Constipation: drinking more water, taking more fiber in my diet, and taking "cascara sagrada" capsules. That helps a lot.

2) Hemorroids: Considering point #1, the fastest way to get rid of the hemorrhoids is by taking what is know as "Hemp oil". A couple of days and they're gone. Of course, they come back when you get constipated for a while, but no other way we'll take care of them faster. I had tried many ways before finding out this. Only problem is where to get it or how to make it. I've been using MMS for more than three years. About a year ago I found out about hemp oil; I used it for a while. All I can say is that I'd prefer using MMS over it for Anything except for curing hemorrhoids. I hope this can help others who may be the same situation.

I used virgin coconut oil plus epsom salt to handle this hemorroid problem

then drink plenty of coconut juice

I ingest it. But i understand it also helps if you apply it. Only thing is that it was hard for me to apply it. Its very sticky, so i decided to do it the "hard way"
