Epsom Salt - Bath Soaks? was created by Archer
Does anyone have any advice or experience of using Epsom Salt in the bath?
Normally we have showers at home, but next week I'll be staying in a hotel for a few days so thought I'd use their much larger supply of hot water and try an Epsom Salt Soak.
Anyone with advice on how much Epsom Salt to use? And what effects if any to expect?

I use a cup and a half but perhaps start with a cup. you need to be in the bath for around 45 mins, and preferably have some kind of water cleaning/filter system over your bathing water.
It depends what condition you want to treat, but generally the salts 'draw out' toxic matter from your body.
I actually use it with vitamin b3/niacin for a cellular detox. first take the normal kind of b3, start with around 250mgs(do not use no flush kind). then excercise for 25 mins until you sweat, then sauna or bath with epsom salts to draw out whatever has been stirred up.
