Hi folks

Is anyone in here familiar with Weston A. Price foundation.

I think nutrition is an important aspect of healing and staying illness free, together with exercise/active life and detox as well as having good principles and morals of course.

The problem is there are a lot of oppinions on nutrition out there all claiming they are right so it's a bit difficult to choose one.

Thus for me I stick to things that worked and served our ancestors for generations ie traditional nutrition.
