I found 375gm of black seed on Amazon uk for £8.50 cheapest i can find here in the UK. Great thread.

Spray with mms, give it a while, it works. Other supplements are a help adding more bullets to the gun.

this is comonly known in the arabic world as heppet al baraka. they bake bread with it with ied al fitr red somwhere that it is indeed verry healthy.
