Boot Canal or tooth extraction other options

I have used MMS for several years now and thank God for the way it has given me a quality of life over Sinus Infections. I use to go to a Doctor as many as 6 times a year for antibotics. I now have a Tooth that has to be extracted or do a Root Canal Surgery on. The net is full of negative on root canal Surgery. Is there any other option out there and which one is better? thanks in advance
