another question for you wonderfully experienced people out there:)
would anyone know a sure fire way to fix the adrenals? Have found that my cortisol levels are in urgent need of attention.... have been taking CDS for almost a month now and that is mostly hourly through the day - a few days have been out of whack but for the most part pretty good. chronic fatigue dogged me for years and homeopathics have steadily changed that state, but whilst I was afraid I was just a plain old fashioned malingerer, it appears am bone fide after all lol!! seriously though - any imput to this would be appreciated........ Over the lst couple ofyears I have MMS'd on and off as well...........
anyone think CDS will do the trick?

Try reading up on Dr. James L. Wilson's book on Adrenals if you haven't already. It is the most complete treatise on the Adrenal glands.

Adrenals are part of the Endocrine system and require high amount of minerals and amino acids to do there job and also require a very stable emotional state of mind/being.
So in my opinion you should be concentrating in these 2 areas as they are both connected.
Your emotional state can really mess with your digestion which messes with your ability to have the needed minerals and amino acids available to create the need hormones.
You are only able to create one set of hormones, either stress hormones or healing hormones. This is determined by your emotional state.
Both hormone groups are created with virtually the same components and the creation of the hormones are determined by the emotional state; Love or fear - the 2 basic emotional states.
For me to help someone with an adrenal issue I need to know a lot of back round as the history can tell a great story to the current situation and then we can create a program to get the body back to some kind of a balance.

From some of my reading, it seems that the adrenals are majorly affected by metals as well. Mouth metal, plumbing metal, cosmetics containing metallic ingredients, sun screens and others. The mms will oxidize these, but if we continue to ingest them or apply them to our skin, we'll never win. :>(

Well, the mercury is gone from your mouth but it's not gone from your body unfortunatly.
