Hello again. I am opening this new topic as a continuation of the one located here .

Since the last time I posted I have been using the Peri-Gum mouthwash - 5 drops twice a day. At the beginning I could say I felt the gums tightening around the teeth, is it a good thing? Today I've upgraded to 10 drops twice a day.

I've also used toothsoap (liquid gel). I like it quite a lot, especially the fact that it's all natural and comes off real easily when rinsing.

The way I've used the two products is the following:
- morning and evening: toothsoap and Peri-Gum mouthwash
- everything in between (usually two other meals): 10-drop dose of MMS. I'm considering lowering to 2-drops (Mr. Humble's 3 tbsp approach)

Next week my DMSO will arrive and I want to ask you if there could be any problems with me using it with the toothsoap and Peri-Gum. That and how exactly will I have to use the DMSO together with the MMS? I've read on Mr. Humble's website that I should use an equal ammount of MMS, DMSO and water over a toothbrush and brush the affected tooth (I seem to have a swollen gum, this morning I've noticed it - I don't know if it's an abscess or just a sore, will have to let a couple of days pass - any tips?), am I correct?

My front teeth are better I think, though I can still feel them a bit like the first time, but not as much. I like to think this issue will disappear with time.

I'm also considering purchasing a WaterPik in a month or two. I'd sleep on it to see how the DMSO works out without it. Would the DMSO be more effective with the help of a WaterPik? I am also considering purchasing some Vitamin C (1g tablets - 1/day).

That's about it at the moment. I really want to invest in my teeth and gum health because I'm only 24 and I'd hate it to let them go. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

I think it would be very good if people would come and share their experiences with us. Having one topic with all kinds of tips and hints would be ideal, don't you think?

Cheers!

Can anyone please offer some advice to my previous post? Still having issues with the front teeth, though if I keep brushing once every 4-5 hours they stay put.
