New here-have adv. Periodontitis and loose molar was created by juju
Greetings,
Gum disease is silent, and I hate going to the dentist. I went to the dentist 3 days ago about a loose molar, which scared me. He said I have advanced gum disease, and the one molar is too far gone and will have to be pulled! I want to save my tooth.
My friend told me about this site, and lent me her MMS. I know nothing, really, about it. I am trying to learn fast. I have one month's time to try to save my loose tooth. I ordered a new electric toothbrush/water-pick. Two days ago I began to take activated mms internally, 1 drop every 2 hours, and I gargled with the 10 drops activated mms with 20 drops DMSO. I did this every hour. Sadly, I developed a reaction, I think, to the citric acid. It felt like my tongue got burned, and I developed horrible blisters on the gums, and the dead skin came away today, leaving my whole mouth sore. I switched, after reading more, to vinegar, to activate the mms with a 1:5 proportion. My mouth is not burning any more. Also, I read on this site about taking, internally, to strengthen loose teeth, a combination of 1 teaspoon of ascorbic acid with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, in a glass of water. I have a few questions to this: I wonder, how often should I take the vitamin c/baking soda combination? There was nothing said about how many times a day one should ingest this. And, also I read one must not take vitamin c with the mms. The question I have is; not to take vitamin c at all, or just not at the same time as the mms? I have taken the vitamin c combination 3 times a day, and then waited two hours before resuming the mms internally (today I took 2 drops of mms, activated with 10 drops of vinegar). After drinking the drops, I have gargled with ten drops of mms, activated with 50 drops of vinegar, combined with 90 ml of filtered water, along with 20 drops of DMSO. So, for the last 24 hours, I have drank mms every 2 hours, which includes gargling. Since the horrible reaction my gums had to the citric acid, my teeth are way too sensitive to brush. Even brushing softly is too painful. That is why I am reduced to just gargling. I did use a few times, a cotton swab dipped in mms to rub on the teeth.
I would appreciate any advice from those who have experience, as I am so new to this, and have already made painful mistakes due to ignorance. Has anyone advice about a loose tooth? And gum disease? The dentist wants to cut the disease out of my gums! I do not want this.
Thank you!

Juju, does your friend have Jim Humble's book? It might be good to read the book.
Also, if you go to www.michaelharrah.us , Michael has all the various protocols, so you can read up on the abscess protocol and the tooth and gum care. Yes, you totally overdid the gargling -
Or you can go to www.jimhumble.biz - he has a number of protocols on his website.
I'm sorry, my laptop with my copy of the book on it is in the shop, or I'd give you the direct quotes.

I believe I have read all the links you mentioned.
Is the proportion of mms to vinegar correct, 1:5?
Is it correct to use water-pick with activated mms with 20 drops of DMSO every 2 hours, or is that too much? I can't use a toothbrush at this time, my teeth are too sensitive.
And what about using vitamin c with the baking soda to strengthen loose teeth; if I stagger taking that with a 2 hour interval before taking mms again, is that enough time for the mms to be able to work?
Lastly, I will find out about the book.
Thank you for responding to my post. I do so appreciate it.

Using the vinegar, yes, the proportion is 5 drops of vinegar to 1 drop of MMS.
From Michael's site: the abscessed tooth protocol - these are under his "info sheets" link
Abscessed Tooth Protocol
from Jim Humble's Video of 20 May 2012
1. Dispense 10 drops of MMS1 into a dry glass
2. Add 10 drops of 50% Citric Acid to the glass (or 50 drops of lemon juice)
3. Wait 20 seconds while the mixture activates & turns a reddish brown color
4. Add 90 ml (3 US fluid ounces) of distilled water
5. Add 20 drops of DMSO to the solution
6. Mix well & dip a tooth brush into the solution
7. Brush all teeth with emphasis on the abscessed tooth & surrounding gums
8. Brush every two hours for three days (OK to sleep!)
9. The infection should be gone at the end of three days.
10. If the infection persists, continue brushing until it is gone.

Here is what Jim says in his book about dental care:
Excerpt from Jim Humble, The Master Mineral of the Third Millennium (Get it now www.miraclemineral.org )
Dental Conditions
Daily Dental Care
MMS can change the health of your mouth in one week. It is important to address this first, because dental health affects the health of your entire body. So when you begin taking MMS, make sure you treat your mouth. Of the thousands of people who have gotten better by taking MMS, the ones who have done the best are those who have made their mouths healthy, as that causes MMS to work more quickly.
Make a ten-drop dose of MMS in a half glass of water. (See Making a Basic MMS Dose in Chapter 12 and Daily Procedure For Dental and Respiratory Health in Chapter 13.) Use this solution to brush your teeth. If you pour some of the liquid on your toothbrush, rather than dipping your toothbrush into it, you can use the same solution to brush your teeth and gums two or three times in one day, but you need a bottle with a lid, as the solution will lose strength without a lid. Be sure to brush your gums. Use a new solution every morning. The MMS will brighten and strengthen the enamel on your teeth. What really happens is that the MMS kills the bacteria on the enamel that ordinarily do the damage. On very rare occasions, the MMS can kill bacteria that turn color as they die and the teeth can look bad for several weeks, but they clear up. Abscessed Teeth, Infected Gums, and Pyorrhea. When using MMS, expect a simple toothache to be gone immediately, and the pain of an abscessed tooth to be overcome in less than 4 hours.
• Expect all infection and all pyorrhea to be gone in one week;
• Expect all loose teeth to be rock solid in 2 weeks;
• Expect a completely healthy mouth in less than 3 weeks. Keep in mind that the MMS solution is the most powerful killer of pathogens known. Once the pyorrhea and infections have been killed, the mouth will heal very quickly and you will only need to use MMS two or three times a week for maintenance. But follow the health suggestions above.
There are exceptions, of course. For instance, MMS cannot work on an abscess located inside a tooth if it cannot reach the abscess through a hole or crack. In such a case, the abscessed tooth may need to be pulled. I have had two people call me to say that they added one teaspoon of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)to their 10-drop dose of MMS tooth-brushing solution, and after brushing hourly several times, were able to overcome an abscessed tooth in one day even when the abscess was inside the tooth.
Although DMSO is readily available in the U.S., little is known about it in Europe. It has been used for more than 60 years in the U.S. to treat both animals (mostly horses) and people for many body pains and difficulties. It is a liquid much like kerosene, derived from wood, and has an amazing ability to penetrate the skin tissues and even tooth enamel and carry medication with it. If a small amount is poured into the palm of your hand, you will be able to taste it in your mouth within minutes.
Caveat #1:
• DMSO is an antioxidant that destroys the effectiveness of MMS in about 6 hours if left to sit unused. So to be sure of a successful outcome, you should use any mixture of DMSO and MMS within a couple of hours.
Another recipe from a training manual:
13 Brushing teeth for mouth and teeth problems
This is not for everyday use, it is capable of handling serious problems such as gingivitis and abscessed teeth.
Mix 10 drops of Cleansing Water (MMS) with 10 drops of 50% solution citric acid; wait 20 seconds until it turns dark golden yellow or brown. Add ¼ cup of water. Do not put the toothbrush in the cup but pour some of the solution on your brush, then brush your teeth and gums. After you finish brushing upper, lower, inner, outer, begin again by pouring solution onto your brush.
Cover the solution that remains in the cup and follow the same procedure several more times during the day. Repeat 3 or 4 times a day until the mouth is in good shape.
NOTE: If the abscess is inside the tooth add 1/2 tablespoon of DMSO to the solution this will carry the solution through the enamel.
Using Cleansing CDS for this step. Instead of 10 drops of Cleansing Water MMS, add 80 drops of Cleansing CDS to ¼ cup or water and follow the instructions in this step.
Bruce posted this on the forum about using DMSO too, looks like it is working really well for him:
As I've said before, I'm using a mouthwash of activated MMS1 and DMSO on a fairly regular basis, and it's completely changed the state of my oral health. I was using just MMS, but adding the DMSO not only takes the ClO2 deeper into the tissues in my mouth, but it "took the edge off" the taste for me, too.
The recipe is: 6 activated drops MMS (I'm currently reducing the amount of citric acid I'm using to 2 citric to 3 MMS and activating for 30 seconds), add 2 tbsp. (30ml) water and 12 drops DMSO. Swish around your mouth for 1 minute.
My sweetie makes 1/2 batches with 1 tbsp. water.
My teeth are now about as clean as when I leave the dentist's after a cleaning, no plaque at all.

Hi: I just wanted to share what I came up with for brushing my teeth. Using MMS1, I just mix in some cinnamon and it makes it very pleasant. Plus cinnamon is an antibacterial as well
I did a groupon for exam and x-rays and that dentist said I had periodontal disease. I looked it up on msmanswers (gum disease) and it said to brush my teeth with MMS in water and if it was a bad case add DMSO. My gums weren’t bleeding or anything so perhaps he was just drumming up business. I did it anyway and I now I have perfectly pink gums. My pockets were all 5s. Try the MMS with DMSO. I did 4 drops of activated MMS with 3 drops DMSO. I swished and bushed over and over.

I just cured myself of some sort of painful infection in my teeth using Jim's method. The pain started near a bridge on the upper right, and moved rapidly up towards my right eye, probably caused by my casual approach to flossing.
I mixed it up as he says to do, using DMSO as well, then brushed it all over my teeth, then used some of that special bridge floss soaked in the MMS mix first to get under the bridge. Then soaked a cotton bud in it, applied that and left it on the sore spot for a minute or two. Also rinsed my mouth with the solution well. I also did protocol 1000 at the same time. After a few days the pain went away considerably, after a week it's completely gone. I now do the teeth treatment every night, just to keep everything shipshape. I do think it's true that if your teeth and gums are healthy, it will improve your overall health.

Thank you very much, Pam, for your time, knowledge and energy. I LOVED reading about getting "rock-solid" teeth in 2 weeks! I am being very consequent. Do you know anything about whether I can take the vitamin c/baking soda combination, if I wait 2 hours to do the mms?
I am very grateful for any help.

I always take Vitamin C two hours AFTER my last dose of MMS for the day - that way,, it has plenty of time to do it's work and leave the system before my first morning dose of MMS. I know that MMS completes its work and is gone within 2 hours, but I don't know how long Vitamin C takes to complete it's work.

Thank you, Pam, that sounds very logical about the vitamin c. I have decided to take the combination of 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid powder with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in 1 glass water first thing in the morning (6 am, when I usually get up) and starting the mms protocol (tooth brushing plus water pick with the 10 activated mms, that has 20 drops of DMSO) and the internal ingesting of now 3 drops activated mms every 2 hours; beginning at 9 am until 9 pm at night. The vitamin c / baking soda combination will be the last thing I do at 12 midnight, when I usually go to bed.
There were xrays taken last week of the loose tooth, which btw, is NOT abscessed at all, just very loose as a result of gum disease, which I hope will show a amazing recovery, after one month of this intense mms program. So far, today being the third day of this program, I have not noticed any change in the loose tooth. It is still very loose.
I will write here every day to keep track of my progress.
Thank you again,
Juju

Here is where I found the information about vitamin c, in relation to dental health. This was under the topic "dental implants". This letter was sent out in April 2002 by Gerard F. Judd, PhD., Chemist, and Researcher:
"....As stated above, the gums can be reconnected to the teeth by taking vitamin C (ascorbic acid) (1 tsp) with Arm and Hammer baking soda (1/2 tsp) in 1 inch of water, letting it fizz and then diluting to 1/2 to 1 cup with water, then drinking. The resulting SODIUM ASCORBATE is non-acid, very pure and a thousand times more soluble than vitamin C. Sodium ascorbate is more reactive than ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) in building connective tissue and antibody structures and more effective in killing some viruses and bacteria."
Once again, IF VITAMIN C neutralises mms, when I wait 2 hours, is that enough time in between taking the mms, or should I wait longer? I would like to take the mms internally, and gargling every two hours, and take this vitamin c/baking soda combination twice a day; I would like to take the vitamin c very early in the morning, and late at night. Does anyone have any experience with this, or have suggestions?
Thank you all,
Juju

I don't know (and am not sure if anyone knows on the forum, since it's been asked before) whether Vitamin C taken 2 hours before MMS will inactivate MMS, because I don't know how long Vitamin C remains active in the blood. I tend to go towards caution, though, and assume that Vitamin C will be longer than MMS, because it doesn't act the same way. Which is why I recommend you do it only after the last MMS dose of the day.
It's your choice, of course, to combine 2 differing protocols - the one that will suffer, if it does, is the MMS - not the Vitamin C. All I can say is try it and see.

Oops, I had meant to get up at 6 am and take the vitamin c (1 tsp) combined with 1/2 tsp baking soda, but got up too late. My mms protocol begins at 09:30, and from what I understand, one should wait 3 hours afterwards, before taking activated mms. Yesterday, I took 3 drops of activated mms every hour for 10 hours, and water pic/ sort of brush teeth (my loose tooth is way too sensitive to vibration to allow brushing) every 2 hours. I rinced my mouth, after gargling with water, in case acid is still on the teeth. At 12 midnight, I took the vitamin c with baking powder. So far, I have not noticed any improvement. I only began six days ago, and only 4 days of taking mms internally. I think I will stay with 3 drops mms every hour for now.
I read, yesterday about the amazing healing properties of oil-pulling and of brushing teeth with xylitol:http://www.healingteethnaturally.com/testimonial-oil-pulling-cures-serious-gum-disease-with-bone-loss.html

I ordered the xylitol yesterday and will start the oil-pulling tomorrow after I go get organic oil
Lastly, I am slowly reading my way through this site, and the information is rather amazing, and mind-opening to me. I know healing happens on so many levels, and I find it truly profound to reflect on this: The ability to accept your life and not resist anything – it depends on what you are ready for and what you’re interested in, but you can use this acceptance procedure. I’ve seen a lot of people change their lives with this procedure. About 60% of people say “so what?” but 40% have used it from time to time and I’ve been teaching people to use it for many years – acceptance. If you can accept things the way they are, and not fight against them, this is the key. You cannot change the past so you may as well accept it because as long as you resist, you have a much harder time making your life work. So the ability to accept things is easy but a lot of people have forgotten how to do it. I will show you how to do it now.
Look around the room and find something that is acceptable, okay just the way it is. You don’t want to change anything about this thing.
Now I’ll ask you to take a little more responsibility and I will tell you what to accept. Accept this board. Accept this fan. Accept that chair. Accept this column that holds the building up, etc.
Now accept something that is not here – the couch in your living room, the chair, some dishes in your kitchen, even if they are dirty. Now create a mental picture – an airplane flying above us. Now accept that airplane. Picture an oak tree, a boat sailing across the water. Now, instead of a picture, think of a concept – for instance, going to Washington to talk with the president. Not the picture of it, just the concept.
Now going to South America on vacation.
Now recall a time that you enjoyed yourself, a time at the beach, whatever time it was, I want you to accept that.
Now recall another time that you enjoyed yourself. Now accept that time, accept the people that were there.
One more time, recall a time that you really enjoyed yourself. Accept it.
Now, a little bit harder – a time that you didn’t enjoy yourself. Accept that, no matter how hard it is. You can’t do anything about it now, so accept it.
During that time there was an emotion, anger, frustration, etc. Accept that emotion and the fact that you created that emotion.
Now recall another emotion from that time and accept it.
One more bad time. Accept that it happened, that it existed, just as it was. Anger, fear, etc., accept those emotions.
Accept the fact that you created it.
Now there has to be at least one more emotion that you created. Find it, accept it.
One more bad time, something really tough. Accept that bad time, whatever it was.
You can’t do anything to change it now – accept it.
Now, the future…picture a coffin…..a funeral home….you are in the coffin, your dead body. Accept the fact that this is so. Accept the fact that this is a future reality and that sometime, way in the future, you will be in the coffin. Accept it. There’s an emotion there, and I want you to accept that emotion. One more emotion is there too, it might even be joy. Accept that emotion.
Now go outside and accept everything in the yard.
Take 10 minutes to do this.
(Students go out in the courtyard for a time and then come back into the classroom.)
Over the years there have been hundreds of thousands of ways to meditate. Each person gets what they want from their meditation and you are no exception. You can get most anything you want from understanding how to accept your life. This is true of any kind of meditation and any kind of desire. You might go to India and meditate for years and years with the gurus there. You may wind up being in a great situation or you might wind up accepting whatever you meditate on there in india too.
Mainly, this universe is about playing the game, not meditating inside of some mountain or building. You could go to an ashram in india and meditate for 20 years in that building, but playing the game of this universe is the way to find out what life really is about.
I found this on the forum under "DAY 3 TRANSCRIPTS".
I will use this meditation, to help heal my mind and soul. The last 3 years I had 3 very important people in my life make the transition into death: my mother, my husband, and 6 months ago my little 22 month old granddaughter died. So, it is no wonder my teeth are acting out. Time to use acceptance! Thanks for all your help. I will keep on reporting about my teeth.
