I can’t find the maintenance dose for MMS1 for a healthy person or do we only use when sick? 

Type 1 Diabetic is on second week of 3 drops. What should his maintenance dose be? 

I’ve read the book twice and scoured the forums. Thanks!!

It's on page 200 of Jim Humble's book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

Adults 60 years and under, 100 to 200 lbs - 6 drops 3x a week
Adults 60 years and under, 200 lbs and over - 8 drops 3x a week

I find just taking 4 drops every morning, when waking, is my ideal maintenance. After the initial detox, first week of use, I have no negative reactions. That is a total of 28 drops a week.
