Are you following instructions in Jim Humble's latest book?

From the book:

Step 4
1. Always take MMS2 capsules two hours apart.

2. Always drink the first MMS2 capsule down with 1 full cup (8 ounces/240 ml) of water. With each capsule after that, drink at least 1/2 cup (4 ounces/120 ml) of water, but drink more if you need it.

3. When you begin taking these capsules, start with taking one capsule at the lowest dose. Two hours later take another capsule also at the lowest dose.

4. Then two hours later, on the third capsule increase the amount of MMS2 in the capsule a little bit, and take it. Two hours later, take the fourth capsule with the same amount of MMS2 you put in the third capsule.

5. If there are no problems after taking these 4 capsules, then continue increasing the amount of MMS2 in your capsules until you reach the maximum size dose. Stick with that as your standard MMS2 dose for the duration of time you are taking MMS2. In case of nausea or diarrhea reduce the amount of calcium hypochlorite in each capsule by 50%. When these symptoms subside, slowly increase the amount to the suggested doses given above."

veroni Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 10 Thank you received: 1	Yes I am following Jim's instructions, thank you. However I just wanted to know if MMS2 (and MMS1) more fully activated by drinking a lot of water (to me, that means drinking at least 64oz of water per day). Thanks.

I think you can drink too much water with MMS1 and MMS2 doses and cause too much dilution, especially for MMS1.

As you may know, MMS1 is about 10% activated when made and we rely on stomach acid to activate the residual MMS in MMS1. If there is too much water or food in your stomach when you ingest MMS1, there will likely be less of the MMS that will be activated and therefore less CLO2 will be released in your stomach.

MMS2 is different and it releases HOCL in water. The amount of water probably does not make a lot of difference. If MMS2 bothers your stomach with the amount of water you are taking with it, then you should add more water to each dose.
