I'm going to ask this crazy question.

I haven't got MMS2, just ordered it. It is on the way.

Do we put this in our water and drink the water, or actually swallow it!

Also, how much tablet is put to how much water. Is it safer/I mean less likely to cause nausea than MMS1?

Kind regards,

Mike

OMG, you've got to get the book!
Swallow them with only distilled water - you could mix some pure apple juice in the distilled water, but PURE apple juice - no added vitamin C or citric acid.
I wonder where you ordered the MMS2? Are you aware that your first capsule should be just half (or less) or the full dose? And on an empty stomach... (if you want it to work. If there is food in your stomach it will clean up the food, instead of your system.
Orange juice will render the capsule worthless..... because of the vitamin C & citric acid.

I bought the MMS2 from here www.mms-healthyliving.com/MMS2-Books.html

I also have the book.

It is just not very clear in the book as the book says, filling 0 size gel caps, which I don't need to I guess since the product I bought already is in tablet form. But what is confusing is that it says water purification tablets. That makes it sound like it is not something to be swallowed, but something to dissolve in water and drink the water. When I say swallow, I understand that to mean like a pill, some people even swallow pills without water.

By distilled water, is that just like tap water?

Thanks :-)

I never got an answer to this. I search into the book.

MMS2 can be swallowed like a regular pill or supplement without any worries. I'm confused because almost all the time we dilute it with water. So we don't need to do that MMS. Just swallow them down in one gulp.

But how many can I take a day. I have never taken it before.

Mike, MMS2 is diluted with water by swallowing lots of water when ingesting the capsule containing MMS2 granules. The dilution happens in your stomach.

You would not want to mix MMS2 granules with water in a glass and then swallow it. It would cause burns in your mouth, and along the path to your stomach. If you did that, you would not do it again! :woohoo:

On page 23 in Jim's latest book he says: "Avoid contact with skin and eyes when in the powder form." That statement gives you a clue that MMS2 is a corrosive chemical, and you don't want to even touch it with your fingers. Also, do not breath the fumes. It must not be mixed with DMSO, either. I am sure you have read that warning; it is mentioned many times in the book.

If you take MMS2, be sure to begin dosing using very small amounts of MMS2 in the capsules, then slowly increase dosing as usual.

Details on MMS2 begin on page 274. Following Protocol 2000, you take MMS2 halfway between MMS1 doses, usually 5 doses per day.

Thanks CLO2 for your response.

I knew that MMS2 can be dangerous if not taken correctly which is why I have been hesistant to use it even though I bought it nearly 8 months ago.

The minimum I can start taking it is 1 capsule. The bottle I have says (size 4) 78% calcium hypochlorite. Hopefully a single size 4 capsule isn't too much for someone who has never taken it before. As you said I will swallow the capsule immediately once I put in my mouth and drinking plenty of water to make sure it goes down.

I believe it is also mentined that MMS2 must be taken on an empty stomach since it will dissolve all the food.

A little off topic here however I wanted to ask since I'm am a little worried of the herxheimer reaction it can cause as, yesterday I was taking CDS every 10-15 minutes with drops as much as 15-20. Later in the day I got sick and even vomitted, had a fever throughout the night, brain fog and pain all over my body. I was thinking the CDS is more gentle on my system as you don't taste anything but how wrong I was. Yesterday I was at home all day so I didn't prepare my usually 2 litre sodium chlorite water bottle which is very convenient way to take our dosage when going to work. Since I was home I thought I would accelerate the process by taking more drops each hour.

I was even worried that the CDS might have some how irritated my throat. Is that possible or am I confusing it with the sore throat caused by the detox reaction?

I am a full believer that MMS/MMS2/CDS/CDH and Jim Humble and I know the science backs it up.

We seem to be in a catch-22 of wanting to get rid of our viruses and suffering herxheimer reactions when we are too anxious or enthusiastic.

Mike, size 4 capsules might be too big for beginning dosing with MMS2. You can pull the capsule apart and pour out some of the granules. Re-assemble the capsule and ingest with a glass of water. If no problems, then the next dose could be a full, size 4 capsule.

You may have been overdosing with CDS when you experienced those side effects. Reduce dosing and try again. Remember the Four Golden Rules!

Is your CDS 3000 ppm CLO2 or higher? Strong CDS (CLO2) can irritate your throat. I just finished a glass of CDS and noticed a little throat irritation, which will soon go away.
