MMS2 is Calcium Hypochlorite not Sodium Hypochlorite --- MMS2 is not Sodium Hypo.
Do not use Sodium Hypo; Sodium Hypo is harmful, good to clean toilets, not for health.
Do not mix DMSO with Calcium Hypo. You can try DMSO on its own, or Calcium Hypo on its own - not both mixed together. Usually DMSO is used with MMS1 which is Chlorine dioxide (ie Sodium Chlorite + HCL).
If I were in your situation (no access to MMS1), I would dilute a pinch of Calcium hypo (MMS2) in 1/2 glass of water and swish it around and keep it in your mouth for a few minutes. Repeat every 2 hrs.
If there is only sodium hypo, then use DMSO.
Other alternatives: if you can find essential oils of oregano or thyme or even thyme water, use that as mouth wash. 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in 1/4 glass of water. Or 1 teasp to 1 tablesp (depending on the concentration) of thyme water in 1/4 glass of water.
Another alternative is plain 3% Hydrogen Peroxide with or without Thyme essential oil or Thyme water.
