Brand should not make any difference. What is important is that the pool shock you choose is calcium hypochlorite and the percentage of calcium hypochlorite in the pool shock should be high; 65% or higher is okay. I can see on the label that this pool shock contains calcium hypochlorite, but the percentage is not listed. Is there another label on the container?

You could weigh the MMS2. I might have some numbers somewhere. Will look later & let you know.
Of course, you will start with small amounts and work up the dosage as tolerated, so it won't matter if the MMS2 is powder or granules.

A 2011 Newsletter by Jim Humble on Protocol 4000 gives these amounts of MMS2 per dose, which is based on the person's weight.
200 pounds = 1 gram
160 pounds = 800 mg
100 pounds = 500 mg
50 pounds = 250 mg
25 pounds = 125 mg
So, 125 mg MMS2 for each 25 pounds of body weight. Eight fl oz of water should be taken with MMS2 capsules.

Min means minimum. 70% is a good percentage. I have had to buy calcium hypochlorite which only had about 45%. I could not find a higher value anywhere.
