I wanted to know if there was anyone who has used mms in neti pots. I don't think I have read any instructions on that in Humble's books. I have used neti pots for years & have always just used tap water. Since the recent news about possible infections from tap water, I have started using distilled water. It takes longer now because I have to microwave the water & then add cold water & keep adjusting it until it's comfortable for the nasal passages. I thought that maybe I could add mms to the tap water & it would disinfect it. I don't know how many drops to use or even if you are supposed to run activated mms through the sinuses. I would like to hear from anybody that has tried it & what their results were. Also, how many drops, etc. Thanks.

Yes, there's actually something in Jim's latest book - although he doesn't call it a neti pot by name <G>.
This is on page 28 of the newest book, Master Mineral of the Third Millenium, on page 28, which I think is in the free download section - you can get it at www.jimhumble.biz -

• Nose and sinus problem – Make a 6-drop dose in half a glass of water. Lie down and put 6 drops in each nostril every few hours until well. Or use a quart of water with 32 drops of activated MMS in it. Rest your head down in the sink sideways and with a hot water bottle, use the hose to drain the water into the upper nostril and allow it to flow out of the lower nostril. Then turn your head over and do the same with the other side.

Back in the good old days, I would nuke a cup for 30 seconds, as I recall, to warm it. You might try that and see if it works. Different microwaves have different wattages, so it might not take that long - or may take a little longer.

I have used MMS in my neti pot, the six drops
I prefer the Himalayan salt or the zinc tincture I bought for it
after 30 years using afrin, i've finally stopped for the last two weeks

You're going to need an MMS neti pot. I will share with you MY recipe - I think Jim Humble's is a bit stronger. I have a neti pot that holds 1 cup of water. I run it through, a whole cup, on the right side. Then I make another cup for on the left side.

I use warm water (lukewarm, comfortable - not hot) and put 1 cup in the neti pot. I add a little neti pot salt (not kitchen or cooking salt) - say 1/4 tsp - I activate 4 drops of MMS with citric acid, let it wait the 20 seconds, then add it to the neti pot. I stir it briefly with a plastic spoon (so that it gets mixed into the solution) and then I do one side.

This is from Jim Humble's book, The Master Mineral of the Third Millenium - available from www.jhbooks.org

a glass of water. Lie down and put 6 drops in each nostril
every few hours until well. Or use a quart of water with 32

sideways and with a hot water bottle, use the hose to drain
the water into the upper nostril and allow it to flow out of the
lower nostril. Then turn your head over and do the same with
the other side.
• Sinus congestion -- Four drops in half a glass of water. Lie
on your back and put several drops in each nostril; or drain
several glasses to a quart through one nostril and out the
other 4 or 5 times daily until the sinus congestion is gone.

I have also used the Neti Pot for years, on and off, and have 2 of those at home.

Dr. David Frawley has written a whole little books on the benefits of the Neti Pot.

Have never added MMS to the solution - or better perhaps CDS - but now that you mentioned it, I will.

Thanks!
