Hi,

This is my first post,so I dont know if I am doing it correctly,so my apologies if I am not.Ok,I want to take MMS for several reasons and after looking at some other posts,I'm feeling a bit dispondent.I am sure I have a big issue with candida and I have gone down the diet and supplement route many times over many years and havent had any results, but I see that for some, even MMS doesnt touch it and that worries me.I also have diabetes now and would like to know how MMS can help that.I have had food intolrances, many of them, for years now and also chemical sensitivities, many stomach issues, hypothyroidism, very low cortisol levels, anaemia, vitamin and mineral defficiencies and hormone imbalances.I am taking Glucophage for my diabetes and have bowel issues, probably because of this drug.I am also taking hydrocortisone for my low cortisol levels, along with various other things for my other issues,oh I also have a fatty liver.

I have taken MMS before, but didnt get up to the full dose and didnt keep it up either, probably a silly mistake, but I didnt feel much different taking it.Also, the recommendations were to take it only twice a day and increasing each dose that way,but I see the recommended protocol is every hour and increasing it that way too.I think I read that its advised to sip it over a period of time and also take it at least 2 hours away from food, which would be impossible if you dosed every hour, unless you didnt eat at all.

Could you please advise me as to the best dosing protocol to follow and give me some encouragement as to what results I should see.I have so many health issues and am feeling very dispondent at the moment,so am finding it difficult to get started with my MMS.Thankyou kindly.

Sharon, the new protocol (1000 for non-life-threatening diseases) is a max of 3 drops of MMS, activated with equal number drops of 50% citric acid (don't know what you have in the house, but it may be the old 10% citric acid, and if it is, use 5 drops of the 10% for each drop of MMS), take every hour for 8 hours. The easiest way to take it is to make up a full day's dose in 32 oz or 1 liter a sports bottle (mms and water up to the 32 oz or 1 liter mark), and then drink 4 oz an hour. If your bottle is marked with 4oz gradations, it's easy - just drink to the next line.

Obviously you can't wait until 2 hrs to eat - some people say, eat normally. I would guess that for optimal, I would eat half-way between doses.

You have quite a few issues - you may need to go longer than the 3 weeks of protocol 1000 to get them all "fixed" -

Good luck!

Hi Pam,thankyou for your reply. If I make a whole days MMS and drink 4oz an hour,am I not increasing each dose but drinking the same dose each hour?

Although I have a lot of issues, they cant all be fixed with MMS though can they? I know, from reading messages, that about 50% of people are cured of their diabetes, but it cant possibly help hypothyroidism and low cortisol levels can it and if so,how?

My husband is also hypothyroid and also has haemachromatosis, this is a genetic blood disorder, can MMS have any effect on that?

Also, both my children have hypothyroidism and my daughter also has PCOS,would MMS help that too? The thought of any of us having to take awful prescribed drugs for the rest of our lives, with awful side effects, doesnt make me feel good at all,so if I can do something to at least decrease the use of them would be great! Thankyou kindly.

Hi, Sharon, MMS actually breaks down in the body fairly quickly. Usually within an hour and a half. The goal of the hourly dosing is to keep a low level in the blood for an extended period of time - this prevents the pathogens from "regrouping" between doses.

The issues you speak of can be addressed if they are either pathogen or heavy metal related. Diabetes, for example, can be caused by inflammation of the pancreas - and what causes inflammation? Usually pathogens of one sort or another. Those can be fixed. Unfortunately, our medical field doesn't know all the ins and outs of every disease - and they frequently argue amongst themselves about what causes this or that.

BTW, I read, either in Jim's latest book, on his website, or on this forum, of someone helped with PCOS -

I agree about not wanting to be put on expensive drugs that tend to only mask symptoms but not cure - and for the rest of our lives. And we get left there because our docs (bless their hearts) have a preconceived notion and we fit in that little cubbyhole, and never get re-examined.

With MMS, usually it's a 3 week protocol, although it could be longer. As an example, my blood pressure is definitely down - but it could be lower and I'm going to continue until it is consistently "normal." -

Hi Pam,if I make a whole days dose and drink 4oz an hour I am not increasing my dose,so is this the best way to dose,or should I increase the dose each hour instead?

Also,as I am diabetic and its suggested to mix MMS with juice, will the MMS counteract the effects of the juice on my blood sugar levels? Thankyou for your help and advice.

Hi Pam,I've been waiting for a reply to my last post, dont know what happened there.

I have been taking MMS for about 4 days now 8 drops every hour for 8 hours and I feel nothing different at all, except bloating and my blood sugar has gone up! I have diluted the juice 50/50 with water and my blood sugar is still up and I'm still bloated and I dont know what to do.

I didnt think I would have bloating,as thats normally a symptom of candida, something I'm trying to get rid of,but the juice wont help that either. And I was hoping I wouldnt have a raise in blood sugar,if the MMS was going to help that and I'm taking medication for that and extra supplements too.Could you advice me as to what to do,as I'm feeling that I'm doing more harm than good at the moment. My cravings are worse too and I'm so hungry all the time! Thankyou kindly.

best wishes sharon

I have read what you have written and it is obvious to me that you do not know or understand what mms is about. I suggest you read Jim Humbles book and get a better understanding of what MMS is all about. REad the book and then you will be better imformed and then your future questions and answers will be better understood. You can read what the protocols are on.... jimhumble.biz

I think I understand what MMS is about and have read quite a bit about it and dont feel I need to read a book about it,especially when I cant afford it.Perhaps the misunderstanding on my part is regarding this forum,I thought it was for support and questions to be answered, but by the reply you sent me,I must be wrong!

I feel that you are just trying to get me to buy something instead of me asking for help and support. If all the answers were in the book, the forum wouldnt need to exist,as the book is all that people would need.

I've read the protocols and am using the protocol suggested to me by Pam,so why would I need to read the protocols further? Why does it take reading a book to make people understand my questions?

I am debating completely stopping taking the MMS,as its now burning my mouth and throat and I doubt I will get an answer as to why that is happening either!

I'm sorry, Sharon, I missed your question on the 6th. I come on several times a day and click on "recent topics" - sometimes I don't get them all, it seems.
