Chlorine dioxide is one of the few known minerals (some call it a chemical but in fact it is also a mineral) that kills viruses and all other known pathogens on hospital floors, in animal slaughter houses, in water, on vegetables in farm food distribution centers, and now even in the human body.
MMS is chlorine dioxide, so yes, it can be used to kill bacteria and other pathogens just as it is used in the food industries. It's about the only one that can be sprayed on and not have to be washed off.
That said, I doubt it can make a fruit or vegetable "organic" - it will not change something from GMO to non-GMO, and I'm not sure on how it would affect pesticides and stuff like that which actually have been pulled into the cells of the food. I don't know how deep it goes beyond the skin.

I was read this old post that you responded to. I live in Bolivia where typhiod fever is all over the produce.
I would probably soak the veggies for one minute like you said with about 8 to 10 drops of MMS activated per liter like you said.
This should work as good as chlorox bleach? Correct?
Which deos kill all the bacterias well enough.
(which is something that I had to resort to for awhile or other cleaners that might be worse.)
If I where to just spray them, it would probably not work aswell as soaking them?
Bless you Steve,
James

One more question, that 5 ppm or 8-10 MMS activated per liter I just asked you about for veggies etc., would that work well for raw milk aswell. We get great milk but the sanitation of the equipment may not be very good so we pasturizr it but would like to use MMS instead to get all the benefits of raw milk.
Thankyou for any input.
blessings,
James
