What is the difference between the first and second type of MMS? I presume the second one is more effective?

If this is already answered on another thread, please give me the link, as I can't find it.

Hi ManofBliss,

MMS1 is a 28% solution of sodium chlorite in water.
MMS2 is calcium hypochlorite pool shock, which is a powder.

They are two completely different chemicals that are both used in water purification and disinfection. But they can be used also for healing diseases. Jim says in his latest book he does not know which is more effective, they seem to be quite equal. I am pasting below some links with more info on MMS2.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
