Help! Fluid and swelling symptoms after starting mms was created by AmyEll
I just started taking mms and am in the beginner protocol and have completed 2 full days at 8 hours each and now I’m swollen….my rings are tight and I’m bloated and I have swelling in my arms and legs too. 
I do have stage 1 Lipidema which is a tissue disease causing fluid/ swelling , which is why I was starting this. 
I really wanted this to work, but am scared that it’s making me worse. 
is this normal to have increased swelling and fluid? 
will it subside soon? 
should I drink more water or should I stop taking this?
