Hello Fellows, I'm on the SHP which includes drinking 9g of salt water per liter of water. Now, I've read you are only supposed to activate in destilled/bottled water. Unprocessed sea salt does contain miniscule amounts of heavy metals and other sediments. Would it hurt to activate nonetheless? Cheers.

Hello and welcome to the CLO2 Forum. 

I looked up the "Self Healers Protocol" because I had not heard of it until now. Interesting. 

However, I do not usually recommend using two different remedies at the same time. I would use distilled or purified water to make MMS1, CDS or CDH.
