Hello and welcome to the CLO2 Forum.Hello Fellows, I'm on the SHP which includes drinking 9g of salt water per liter of water. Now, I've read you are only supposed to activate in distilled/bottled water. Unprocessed sea salt does contain miniscule amounts of heavy metals and other sediments. Would it hurt to activate nonetheless? Cheers.
I looked up the "Self Healers Protocol" because I had not heard of it until now. Interesting.
However, I do not usually recommend using two different remedies at the same time. I would use distilled or purified water to make MMS1, CDS or CDH.
