Could someone explain the reason why milk is included in the list of anti-oxidant beverages we can't drink while on MMS? It doesn't make sense to me.

I asked AI Leo at Brave Search about this question.

Is Milk an Antioxidant?

"Milk itself is not an antioxidant, but it contains a variety of natural components that possess antioxidant properties and contribute to its overall antioxidant capacity. These components include both lipid-soluble antioxidants, such as α-tocopherol (vitamin E), β-carotene, and conjugated linoleic acid, and water-soluble antioxidants, including ascorbic acid (vitamin C), lactoferrin, casein, and certain peptides. α-Tocopherol is considered the most effective lipid-soluble antioxidant in milk, acting as a preventative, chain-breaking antioxidant, and singlet oxygen quencher.

Ascorbic acid is the primary water-soluble antioxidant, capable of scavenging various free radicals like superoxide and nitric oxide. The antioxidant potential of milk is directly linked to the concentration of these components, which help prevent the formation of reactive oxygen species and protect against oxidative stress.

Furthermore, the antioxidant capacity of milk and dairy products can be enhanced through the addition of various natural ingredients, such as red ginseng extract, aronia juice, green tea infusion, or herbal extracts, which significantly increase their ability to scavenge free radicals and reduce oxidative damage."

If you are making MMS1, try using milk instead of water and measure the CLO2 ppm with CLO2 test strips. Compare the result when using water instead of milk.

Some years ago I recall watching a video of a doctor who said that cow's milk was for baby cows and not for humans.

Do adult humans buy and and drink human breast milk? Of course not. Human breast milk is for human babies!

I stopped ingesting milk products years ago, and the same for wheat products.

I actually did the same search! But if the presence of antioxidants were the criterion then there would be so little we could eat or drink as so many foods have some kind of antioxidants in them, so I guess the question is how much and does it affect the efficacy of the MMS. I need to get those test strips, that would be helpful.

And as far as whether we are designed to drink milk let's kindly agree to disagree. We are designed to eat all foods, we are omnivores, and ruminant dairy is an incredibly nutritious food.

Cow's milk has all the listed "additives" which ARE antioxodants; fortified. Fortified "for Sale" to provide income to the dairy association. I agree with God's design: Calves drink Cow's milk. Kittens drink Cat's milk. Puppies drink Dog's milk. etc. Each mammal's digestive system is built different to accommodate their food source; grasses or. The closest mammal animal milk to human's digestive system is Goat's milk.

One of the main reason humans cannot digest cow's milk, since Cow's have 4 stomachs, they have the extra enzymes to break down 'latose' which humans cannot do with one stomach. Moreover cow's milk with fortified additives create multiple maladies in the human body. It's just a common sense God design, i believe. However some humans somewhat 'tolerate' it fora period of their lives since they were introduced to it at young ages. But those people reflect growing damages in their bodies, listlesness, excess weight, skin that show lack of oxygen, multiple ear infections, sinus infections, allergies to environment, etal. And as they age their internal system issues increase. Yet as all addictions go, people just ignore and keep getting into it, for their next fix.

Majority of animal products eating create simular problems for humans, as well. Our blood types are different for various reasons. This chemistry also builds or hinders each persons digestive system. >> Food For Thought! You /we ARE unique in design for a reason.

CLO2: Would an Nut milk or Soy milk or even a Rice milk be a better choice? I am still waiting for the Guide book. Thank you very kindly.
