Hello!  I've not received the Health Recovery Guide Book which I bought a couple of days ago so maybe there's more information there for me to find but, in the meantime, I thought I'd ask about the vapors.  Either I'm HIGHLY sensitive (which is most likely the case) or the vapors created from mixing the NaClO2 aren't super safe to breathe in because after maybe like 30 seconds of breathing vapors of the ClO2, I experienced nausea, a little shortness of breath and my usual version of brain fog when my body's overloaded with something it can't handle.

To give some background on me, I believe I was vaccine injured 20 years ago and have lived with POTS and severe food allergies, Hashimoto's, Liver/Gallbladder issues as the main issues.  I'm home bound due to the POTS and only eat about 5 whole foods because everything else I'm allergic to.  I normally have to test new supplements and foods with very minute portions so I know they're safe.

My question is, are the vapors of ClO2 doing essentially the same thing in my body as it would if I were to ingest it?  Or is it dangerous on some level?  Because they were STRONG (I mixed 3 drops of each to test if it turned amber/yellow which it did).  I have to believe that every time people mix this stuff they're breathing it in because otherwise they'd have to run away from it to avoid it!  So that's why I'm thinking I'm super sensitive and need to take it really really slow.  Any comments would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Although a 3 drop dose won't release much CLO2 gas, try not to breathe it into your lungs. It does sound like you are very sensitive to CLO2 gas. Use a kitchen exhaust fan when making doses.

CLO2 gas will be in a water solution when making MMS1. CLO2 gas tends to stay in water that is about 50 degrees F and colder (10C).

If you will be making MMS1 doses to follow Protocol-1000, be sure to begin dosing by first following the Starting Procedure.

Something else that may be helpful for you could be making fresh daily doses of CDS. Start with low doses and increase as needed. There should be less CLO2 gas escaping into the room using this method . You could use 50% citric acid activator instead of 4% HCL. HCL will gas into the CDS water, but citric acid won't, so the CDS will be 'cleaner'. The recipe changes to equal drops of SCS and CA. You could start with one drop of each and increase as needed.
