sleep

I was having lower left abdominal pain and bloating.  Self-diagnosed myself with diverticulitis.  I have had the MMS for a few weeks now and decided to give it a try.  I have done it before here and there for many years now, never a protocol, so I decided to start with one drop for the starting procedure.  I did that for 8 hours yesterday, while doing a water fast also.  Last night I could not fall asleep.  Was basically up all night feeling anxious and like I had restless leg syndrome.  Also, could not get warm.  Just wondering if anyone else experienced these symptoms, so I can rule things out.  I plan to go done to 1/2 drop today to see what happens.  Thanks in advance for your input!  Humble-y yours!
