Nebulizer dosing for parakeet

Hello. I’m looking for any feedback on a nebulizer dosing protocol for my Parakeet. She was diagnosed, through fecal stain, as having a bacterial infection. Antibiotics aren’t working and she is getting worse, fast. I want to try nebulizing so I can get into her blood stream without possibly making her nauseous. I was going to do 1 drop, activated MMS & hold the nozzle about a foot on the outside of the cage & let her get a couple breaths in- I have no idea what I’m doing but if I do nothing I will lose her. 
Any feedback on how to dose her with the Nebulizer is appreciated. Thank you!
