Hi everyone, sorry if i repeated this question. Not seeing it pop up in my forum. Im a newbie at taking MMS. I worked up to 2 drops of activated MMS, but did not diluted it properly and now feeling a heavy chest, foggy brain and stomach pain. I had 2 drops of activated MMS in 2 ounces of water for 3 consecutive hours and stopped after not feeling so good. Is this feeling die off or the fact that i should have added more water. Reading the dosage for kids dilition in jim humble's book kids who have a drop of activated MMS should be diluted in 2 ounces of water, which means i was short 2 ounces. Thank you for your time,
God Bless,
Maria

I presume you followed the Starting Procedure before following Protocol-1000.

And the activation acid is 4% HCL mixed with 22.4% to 25% sodium chlorite solution, activated for 30 seconds, then added to about 4 fl oz of water. Always heed the Three Golden Rules.

yes i was, and would increase my dose everyday. I will add that i did not do my doses fresh, I would just make my batch for the day. Ex. Day one: 2 activated drops diluted in a 8 ounce cup and drinking 1 ounce for 8 consecutive hours. However, because of distraction and not doing my math right when i lead up to 2 drop doses, i made my batch incorrectly. I made 16 drops of activated MMS and diluted it with 16 ounces of water, when it should have been 32 ounces of water. I only did 3 hours worth and stopped. So that's, 2 drops of activated MMS in two ounces of water for 3 consecutive hours. Now asking what the effects are since i did not properly dilute it? thank you for responding!

I don't think dilution is the cause of your discomfort.

You may be using 50% citric acid to activate SCS. If so, some people have problems with citric acid. Once they switch to using 4% HCL, they are fine.

The other reason for the negative reactions you are experiencing could be that you are overdosing. The goal of Protocol-1000 is not to take 3 drop hourly doses. Many people can not take 3 drop hourly MMS1 doses.

Follow the Three Golden Rules.

Try making one drop hourly doses and see if that helps.

First off, i really appreciate your quick reply. Thank you for answering my question, and you are right. I think that is exactly what happened! Feeling much better now and realized my dosage is best at 1 drop of activated MMS on the 1000 protocol. God bless you and thank you for your help!

The correct drop size when using the standard of 20 drops per ml of solution, is 0.05ml per drop.

Drop volume can vary by 100%.

Most people do not know the size (volume) of drops from their dropper.

I don't mean to high-jack this post but... I have been wondering how important is the dilution amount?  We are told never take the MMS1 undiluted internally but is there a optimal dilution where below is not enough and above is too much?  Page 81 of the 2019 guidebook there is a note that says for the starting procedure Day 1 you can add 1-2 more ounces of water AT THE MOST (my emphasis) if you want to dilute the taste before drinking.  It only says this for Day 1, it is not repeated for the other days, but I assume it is ok to do for the other days.  It made me wonder what dilution has to do with it?  When is there too much or too little and what happens if there is too much or too little?  Too much and maybe the activation in the body is lessened?  Too little and maybe the throat might burn?  Do we assume that is the reasoning behind the dilutions?  I have not found it explained anywhere (yet).
