I'm new here to MMS and I've got 28% sodium chlorite with 50% citric acid.
I'm aiming at sinus, vocal cord, gastritis and IBS (Yes I got all kinds of chronic symptoms that hospital can't treat)
But since I'm not able to get HCL in China I'll have to stick to citric acid
But would this be a problem if I had history of diarrhea and acid reflux?
or is there anything I can do to reduce the reactions but get optimal result at the same time?
and should I drip in the nose and drink or just drink?
Appreciate all helps thank you!

Have you tried making CDS with the two bottle MMS kit you have?
CDS is only CLO2 gas in a water solution. Citric acid would be better for making CDS than 4% HCL. The TDS will be lower when made using citric acid compared to 4% HCL.

what is TDS? and another question, whats the issue with tap water if this stuff really is a water purifier? thanks CL02....you are so unbelievably knowledgeable.
TDS is Total Dissolved Solids, which can be minerals in water. If you buy a Zero water filter, a TDS meter will be included with the filter.

first of all, 50% HCL is a real boat-load, Be careful with such a high concentration, use less than 5%, which is all that is needed to activate.
I had serious IBS and acid reflux (AR) for my entire life until I started drinking 1/2 liter cold (not hot) water with one pressed lemon, 30 minutes before I ate every morning. I only did it for a few weeks and my acid reflux went away and never came back. If I experience AR because of a big meal, I simply drink lemon water and 20 minutes later the issue is gone. My mum and dad have both given up their Omeprazole and started using lemon water.
Give it a go and let us know how you get on!

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …
