From what I've read, activating 22.4% MMS with 4% HCl will activate 10% of it, the rest will be activated in the stomach by stomach's acid.
  -Then i assume using more acid or higher percentage is gonna activate more than 10% of it, that's gonna fly away immediately, is this correct?
  -What happens if i just take unactivated mms? Why not relying on stomach's acid completely to activate it?

You can use NaClO2 with only water, but it is not the same as with protol 1000. Brian Stone discusses "Protocol 1" in his free pdf book 1, chapter 5 at chlorinedioxidetruth.weebly.com/

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
