Hi,
i'm new to this form. I am suffering with psoriasis since 24 years (i'm 49 years old now) and it is getting worser each month.
Has anybody some ideas?

I quit any sugar and carbs since 2 weeks now. 3 days ago i tried mms (8 drops of each) and i got a very strong relapse and severe diarrhea and felt very weak this day. next day i got better, but my skin got more worse since then.
Is there any experience how I can get rid of my psoriasis or at least get relief.

I would be very grateful for any help.
Jojo

I don't know anything about psoriasis, but it sounds to me like you immediately began with 1 drop doses.

You should look at doing a Starting Procedure where you only take 1/4 drop dose initially (i.e. drink 1/4 of the cup of water containing 1 activated drop, and throw out the remaining 3/4) and do not increase the dose (i.e. to 1/2) unless you feel no Herxheimer Reaction for awhile.

You most probably suffered from a simple Herxheimer Reaction by trying to detox
too much too quickly. Here is an extensive non-inclusive list of possible Herxing symptoms:
mmsforum.io/goto/general/38011-symptoms-of-herxheimer-reactions#77503

As per Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook", 'Low and Slow' is the name of the game.
Start out with low doses and slowly increase over time. This gives your body a chance to start
detoxing and get used to it and slowly excrete the toxins without negatively affecting you.
(through your kidneys, liver, lungs, gastrointestinal system, and skin)

And there is information in there about an Herx Protocol if you Herx and how to best treat it.

Although Sugar is not great for you, Carbs are actually good for you, and stopping either
probably won't affect your Psoriasis. (more likely than not)
See my website, link below. (a McVegan Dietary Lifestyle is the best for optimal health)

Psoriasis is usually a toxicity problem. The toxins must be expelled by your body, and
our skin is our largest organ, so out come the toxins and you get various skin issues.

Detox and the skin issues disappear. Usually fairly quickly. It depends on a large number
of factors, or course, like Toxicity Levels, Types of Toxins and Pathogens, Age, Genetics,
Biology and Physiology, Health Status, Gut Status, Immune System Status, etc...

But I would expect you to either have your skin health restored, at the very least,
if not general Health Restoration, in a matter of a week or so, a few weeks at the
outside, but it could be longer. It also depends on the protocols you use, how stringent
you are to doing them, following them, etc.

I suggest you do a "Full Treatment", because it's difficult to tell when you are "Clean".
So Protocol 1000+ with DMSO for at least a month is probably a good idea.
And you will probably notice a lot of Positive Side-Effects, or Side-Benefits, that you
achieve for which you were not taking the treatments. This happens to most people.

You could do external applications, but, as I like to joke, "The call is coming from inside the house",
so internal dosing should be fine and get the job done.
Most people (like my sister) are pretty surprised with the results they get and how quickly they get them.
(her skin cleared up in less than a week, and she half-assed the treatments)

And then, with maintenance, you should never have a problem again.
(Toxins and Pathogens are EVERYWHERE, so we are constantly bombarded with them from
a lot of different sources, so you will eventually get toxic again; e.g., Food, Water, Home, Environment, etc.....)

You might want to consider doing the Mold & Fungus Protocol just to be "safe". (Can't Hurt, Might Help, Probably Will)

Please let us know how you are doing.

There are many documented cases of cutting sugar and carbs putting psoriasis into remission, there are also psoriasis remission testimonials on this site from using MMS. What you are more than likely experiencing is a herx reaction to the sudden dietary change, it is well documented for almost all autoimmune disorders. I myself always experience a flare even when I make the slightest tweak to my diet, I do not suffer from psoriasis but a different auto immune disorder. You are hitting it hard by cutting sugar/carbs and by starting an MMS regimen, try and stick it out a few weeks if you can.
