Biofilm Issue?
Main issue - CFS - Mitochondria issue - maybe with a Fungus / Mould element.

After building up with the starting procedure & then taking 1 MMS drop for awhile... I managed to get up to 2 - 3 drops of MMS per hour with no bad reaction at all for a few days before I was all of a sudden violently sick. It seems as if allot of candida / biofilm came out. No Nausea - just very very bad vomiting.
Around 4 days after I was very sick I was only able to get back up to 1 drop of MMS per hour before the sick feeling comes back on.

Now, I know Jim Humble says if you get the sick feeling to reduce by 50%. & that Biofilm can take upto a few months to get through.

My Question is - If I stay on 1 MMS drop per hour for say 3 months to get through the biofilm - I presume I will eventually get the same violent sick reaction I did when taking the correct dose to break through it? i.e - 2 - 3 drops.

So if I have to break through the biofilm - I may as well get on with it at 2 - 3 drops making myself very sick with vomiting - rather than wait 3+ months taking 1 MMS drop to just eventually break through the biofilm & just get the same sick reaction?

I've been doing the MMS1 protocol for candida and biofilm for 3 weeks and I ebb and flow with the nausea. I"m at 3 drops, but sometimes I'll need to drop to 1 or 2 drops for a day or two util the nausea subsides, then I go back up to 3 drops. It's been almost 30 days since I started the protocol and I am still having die off symptoms and you can see the die off in the toilet. I've notices when I feel the worst, the next day I'll have a big die off in the toilet. My suggestions is don't make yourself so sick that you can't function. If you need to drop the dose for a day or two to feel better, do it! Then go back up to 3 drops again when you can. This is going to take us months to get through, so be kind to yourself and stay the course..

Die of biofilm/candida is I'm sure a little different for everyone. For me, I can see the die off of the candida in the toilet, not necessarily diarrhea. I also take magnesium to help my bowels clean out. You can google candida die off and pretty much see what I'm seeing in the toilet. I was on the protocol for almost 3 months then went to maintenance and I am still getting die off on a daily basis.
