I've been experiencing noticeable body aching now for a few days. Is this common or might I have something else going on? No fever and have some slight head stuffing. Thanks!

I take it 1/4 drop is the minimal dose?

Are you still on 1/4 drop? If so, cut back to 1/8 drop.

If you are on more than 1/4 drop then cut back to half of that and see how you go.

Not sure if I cam down with a bug at the same time I began the MMS. I figured if I stop I can eliminate the detoxing as the issue.

Do what feels best. Stopping for a while and starting over with the Starting Procedure is not a bad idea.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
