Hello, I am new. Just found you guys. So I have used Citric Acid as my activator and have had no issues. However, I have only used MMS about a dozen times. I was thinking of trying the Hydrochloric Acid because people I have talked to said the Citric Acid is outdated. I was taught to use (1) drop of Sodium Chlorite to (5) drops of Citric Acid. If I use Hydrochloric Acid in place of the Citric Acid, do I still use the same ratios of 1 to 5 ?

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
