Starting slowly please advise

Hi all, I did the starting protocol a couple years back and couldn't get past the one drop due to heavy die off. I am wanting to start again but am leaving for vacation for a week so don't want to do hourly. Once I get back, I can start that possibly-- at least the starter.
So, I am starting 1/4 drop 4 x a day now and then will increase as able.
Has anyone just done much less than hourly and still had healing benefits? I have a lot to clear but also feel I need to go slow.

Susan, your plan sounds reasonable. Only take as much as you can without negative side effects and slowly keep increasing, if possible. It may take some time to restore your health.
