how long does a herxheimer reaction take?

I've been taking mms in the form of CDS for six days. I had a herxheimer reaction then i felt good. Now i feel terrible again and i don't know if it's a herxheimer reaction or something else. my illness is very weird. i believe i'm a very unique case. my diagnosis is fibromyalgia.

I suggest low and slow. Keep taking CDS at very low doses for days before increasing. If CDS suddenly opens up a biofilm, you will probably have a big herx event, for a while.
