Hi,

What the best time to take MMS1 to benefits the most. (I am taking 2 doses of 6 drops)

- morning on a empty stomach
- morning after breakfast ( gap 2 hours)
- after lunch ( gap 2 hours )
- before sleep in a slightly empty stomach
