Buy muriatic acid locally and dilute down to 4%. Use that to make CDS.

I will be writing an updated CDS recipe soon. It uses MMS and 4% HCL/muriatic acid and almost any containers will work if one requirement is followed.

Muriatic acid from your local hardware store or lumber yard. It is used to clean concrete, etc.

4% Muriatic Acid
To make make 300 ml of 4% HCL from 31.45% (20° [degrees] Baume) muriatic acid, add 38 ml (43.3 g) stock acid to 262 ml (262 g) distilled water. (no graduated cylinder needed, only a cheap gram scale) Handle muriatic acid carefully, it is nasty stuff at high %.
