I started taking mms 3 weeks ago and started slow with one drop 3 times a day. I did ok so increased to 2, then 3 drops day after day only taking mms 3 times a day. By my 4th day I became so weak and disoriented I had to stay in bed. I had brain fog so bad I couldn't think clearly. I stopped taking the mms but had to take a week off work because I literally was so tired all I could do was sleep.
It took a week to recover from that despite taking activated charcoal and DE.
I can't afford to miss anymore work so plan to go slow again as I start taking mms again today. I have chronic bronchitis which is what I bought the MMS for but there is no way I am willing to take mms every hour after the reaction from just taking 3 times a day .
My question is if mms caused this bad of a Herx reaction can I just stick to 2 or 3 drops a day and still get benefit? I know it leaves the blood after 2 hours but would It still help me taking it morning noon and night?
I have now been taking the 1000 protocol from the book. I have been doing only 1 drop per hr. This is my 5th day. On the 2nd day I started having diarrhea and today I started vomiting. It seems to be okay in the morning but by the end of the day my symptoms are the worst! Am I able to take Phyllisum to help remove toxins? I also have been fasting to do a total colon cleanse. I can't believe there's still debris in the stool even after 5 days!
