Hello! I'm new here and am just starting an MMS 1000 protocol.

I'm a vegetarian and my diet contains lots of vitamin c and antioxidants, which apparently I should be avoiding during a protocol. I'm struggling to find more specific info on this ( I don't have Jim Humble's book).

If I still eat certain amounts of these foods but leave a gap of a few hours between eating foods high in vitamin c and antioxidants, will the MMS still be effective, or do I really need to avoid vitamin c and antioxidants altogether?

Does anyone have experience with eating these foods while using MMS? If so did it really have a significant impact on the results?

I would really appreciate some input on this. Thank you very much in advance.

Sean

You should begin taking MMS by first following the Starting Procedure, then Protocol 1000, etc. Then follow the HRP (Health Recovery Plan) found in Jim's latest book. Jim no longer posts his protocols on the internet; they are only found in his books and there are more than 50 protocols.

Take your CLO2 reducing foods and supplements 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day. Eating between doses should be limited to snacks, not full meals.
